The menu inspired of Mediterranean savors is the creation of our Chef Fabrice Braghi which agreeably combines the classical and the original cuisine.
Join us to taste the Bread crumbed Lamb rack from “Vessy” in marjolaine sauce, accompanied by tomato filled with eggplant caviar or the Quirinale pizza pie with truffle chips, gold medal in 2006.
